Been there- done that- It’s how we met! The frustration was the dismissive delivery of the ‘cheerleader’ assumption. As if I never worked or had a career of my own (I did) and the annoyance that I felt I had to justify my existence to a complete stranger (I don’t). I wonder what she would have said if you had called her an ambulance chaser or a bottom feeder then laughed as if she was in on the joke. I love my life and the many paths I took to get here. Anyone who wants to make assumptions or judgments about that can piss off!! 😆
